Citizen Requests

  • Enrollment Application - The tribal roll is open to Chaubunagungamaug Nipmuck descendants who have a mother, father, sister, or brother currently on the tribal roll, or who meet our required criteria.
  • Update Citizen Information - If you have had any changes to your address, phone number, name, or email, please update your information in our tribal roll. Keeping accurate records is vital to keeping our tribal citizens informed. For name changes, please provide a copy of the certified document that identifies your name change.
  • Request an ID Card - Tribal ID Cards are available upon request for tribally enrolled citizens of the Chaubunagungamaug Band of Nipmuck Indians. Please note: There is a $5.00 processing cost for all cards requested.

Scholarships and Tuition Waivers

The Nipmuck Scholarship Fund was established by the Nipmuck Tribal Council for the purpose of providing supplementary money to full and/or part-time undergraduate/graduate students listed on the Tribal Roll of the Chaubunagungamaug Band of Nipmuck Indians.

Completed Scholarship applications must be received by October 1st for the fall semester and March 1st for the spring semester.
