Past Community Events

The Chaubunagungamaug Nipmuck Tribal Council organizes a yearly reservation clean up honoring Sequan (Spring) and awakening the reservation land. Nipmuc/k tribal members and members of the public come together to rake, clean and enjoy community. Our current reservation, located in Thompson, CT spans 2.5 acres and serves as a cultural meeting place, and is also used as a place for the reinterment of local Native American remains.
